Puss In Boots 2012

  • “Written by Amanda Hall, she managed to combine the traditional with the modern. A pantomime should be there to entertain the whole family, and it ticked all the boxes all the way through”

    Kev Castle

  • “What an undertaking it must have been to start with a blank page and end up controlling script, music, choreography and stage direction! Amanda, you achieved all this and my hat, if I had one, goes off to you! Puss in Boots was a very good panto.”

    NANDA

A Magical Family Pantomime

Our Dame and the King’s cook, Maxine Miller, has four children, John, Glenda, Wayne & Will. Sadly her husband dies and leaves the Mill and the donkey to Wayne & Will and a large music book to Glenda, but all that is left for John is a cat.

However, with the help of Fairy Bluebell and some enchanted boots this cat transformed into a talking Puss-in-Boots.

Puss decides to help his master become the richest man in the country and the Marquis of Carabas. Meanwhile, Ol’ King Cole decides to hold a competition to find a suitable suitor for his beautiful daughter, Princess Jayne.

Throughout the journey we meet Grog the Ogre and his Horrible Henchman Horace, the King’s Chamberman and Princess Jayne’s cat, KittyKat.
